Yellow Springs Chamber Honors Local Leaders and Welcomes New Members at Glen Helen

The Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to providing valuable space and opportunities for its members to share ideas, be heard, connect, and grow. These events are designed to foster a sense of community, spark inspiration, and facilitate the synergy needed for collaborative growth.

The Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce extends sincere thanks to everyone who attended the Quarterly Member Event on August 13th, 2025 at the Vernet Ecological Center, graciously hosted by Glen Helen.

“The connections built as a member of the YS Chamber network are among the most valuable benefits we offer,” said Phillip O’Rourke, Executive Director. “It was such a pleasure witnessing powerful introductions, hearing new collaborations emerge, and knowing that through events like this, our local businesses are even more supported.”

The evening highlighted collaboration and community, featuring remarks from local leaders Jeff Bartosik of US Bank Yellow Springs, Jeannamarie Cox of the Yellow Springs Community Foundation, and Alex Roland of Village Solar Co., who was honored with the 2025 Stars of the Springs Business Community Impact Award.

The event also included the recognition of new members and an acknowledgment of the YS Chamber Board of Directors. It was made possible through the generous support of sponsors Karl Yost Photography, Artie Isaac, Laura A. Curliss, Co., The Last Queen, Lucky Bunny Tattoo, and AC Services Co., along with the Chamber’s annual sponsors.

Special appreciation goes to Tracey Tackett and the Glen Helen team for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for an evening of meaningful connections.

The Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce continues to build momentum, creating opportunities for collaboration, recognition, and growth across our business community. Events like this showcase the power of connection and the impact of working together. Now is the perfect time to join the network, engage with local leaders, and help shape the future of Yellow Springs.
