Obey and Galvin: New Vice Chair and Secretary of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce
Kishani Obey, formerly the Board Secretary and current Chair of the Membership Committee, brings a strong background in business development and civic engagement to her new role. As a founder and wellness specialist, she offers a unique perspective on leadership and community building. She will work closely with Board Chair, Ryan Carpe, to advance the Chamber’s goals and guide the organization in its next phase of growth
DJ Galvin, a longtime Yellow Springs business owner and creative force behind several well-known village brands, joins the executive leadership team as Secretary. In addition to her deep organizational knowledge and historical perspective, Galvin currently serves as Chair of the Chamber’s Marketing Committee, where she helps to position the Chamber and the broader business community for success.
Our Board continues to demonstrate an inspiring level of passion and commitment. Kishani and DJ bring great talent and vision to their roles, helping guide us forward as we build momentum for our members and community.
During an upcoming meeting, the Yellow Springs Chamber Board of Directors discuss opportunities related to open board seats.
