Business After Hours Brings Networking and Hospitality to Three Ten Bed & Breakfast
Three Ten Bed & Breakfast welcomed members of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce for the fall Business After Hours, hosting an evening filled with connection, collaboration, and the warmth of Yellow Springs hospitality. The historic inn provided the perfect setting for Chamber members to come together, enjoy conversation, and experience one of the village’s most cherished landmarks.
About the host

Three Ten Bed & Breakfast, a 19th-century home turned modern inn, has long been part of the village’s story.
With its elegant rooms, welcoming gardens, and location just steps from downtown, it continues to offer visitors a chance to experience the character and warmth that make Yellow Springs so special.
Hosting the Chamber’s Business After Hours was a perfect reflection of that spirit of hospitality.
The Garden Party at Three Ten Bed & Breakfast was filled with conversation, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and floral arrangements that made the evening unforgettable. Members from across industries, including Turning Inward, LLC, the Greene County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Digital Fringe, and Vitality Blue Health & Med Spa, came together to raise a glass and enjoy tours of the inn.

Luke Dennis, WYSO

A highlight of the evening came when Luke Dennis, General Manager of WYSO Public Radio, shared an update on the station’s new building now under construction directly behind Three Ten Bed & Breakfast. Thanks to the support of local resident Dave Chappelle, who purchased the property, WYSO is able to expand as a tenant while remaining rooted in Yellow Springs. It was a powerful example of how local investment drives growth and opportunity.

Business After Hours events are held once a quarter and always hosted by a YS Chamber member. They give businesses the opportunity to showcase their spaces while inviting fellow members to connect, share business resources, and build relationships that strengthen both the professional network and the community. These gatherings aren’t just about mingling, they’re about planting the seeds of economic development and collaboration that help Yellow Springs thrive.
Evenings like this show why the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce continues to create spaces where members can meet, collaborate, and celebrate the work happening across the business community. If you are a Chamber member interested in hosting a Business After Hours to introduce your business and space to the network, we would love to hear from you.
