Yellow Springs Street Fair Announces Updated Logistics for October 2025 Festival

YELLOW SPRINGS, OH (August 27, 2025) — The Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce important updates regarding the logistics for the upcoming Yellow Springs Street Fair, scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the new Beats + Brews Fest feat. Yellow Springs Brewery from 11am-7pm.
As part of our continued efforts to foster a welcoming, accessible, and vibrant festival experience, we are implementing a key change to the event layout this fall. Short Street will remain closed throughout the duration of the Street Fair, maintaining its status as a dedicated Community Space and allowing uninterrupted access for the community to gather, engage, and connect in a more intentional environment. This decision reinforces our commitment to offering more inclusive and comfortable areas for rest, socializing, and village culture during the event.
In line with tradition, Walnut Street from Dayton Street to Limestone Street will remain closed to traffic during the Street Fair. However, with Short Street closed, vendor booths will now be repositioned along Walnut Street between Dayton and Elm Streets. This adjustment is designed to enhance the overall sense of flow and continuity throughout the festival, creating a more cohesive experience for attendees and vendors alike.
As part of this logistical change, the YS Chamber Street Fair team will be coordinating directly with private lot managers along Walnut Street. This outreach will provide detailed information regarding vendor arrival and departure times, site access, and overall traffic management to ensure a smooth and successful setup for all participants.
The Yellow Springs Street Fair is one of the most anticipated events in Greene County, attracting thousands of visitors from across the region. With 65+ local shops and restaurants, approximately 200 visiting vendors, a diverse selection of food trucks, two live music stages, kids zone, and a beer garden featuring regional craft brews, the YS Street Fair remains a true celebration of creativity, culture, and community spirit.
