Committees

The Executive Committee serves as the Board’s governing body between full meetings, ensuring the Chamber’s operations, governance, and strategic priorities continue without interruption. It provides guidance on urgent matters, monitors compliance with policies, and makes timely decisions that cannot wait for the full Board’s review.

The Committee is made up of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director (ex-officio), reflecting the Chamber’s leadership team.

By acting decisively on critical issues and maintaining continuity of leadership, the Executive Committee ensures the Chamber remains agile, responsive, and aligned with its mission.
