Service Provided at No Cost
The YS Chamber provides the Job Posting feature free of charge. There is no fee for submitting a job listing.
User Responsibility
All job listings, including the content, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided, are the sole responsibility of the individual or organization submitting the listing (“User”). The YS Chamber does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of any submissions.
No Liability
The YS Chamber assumes no liability for any outcomes resulting from the posting of a job listing, including, but not limited to, applications received, hiring decisions, or interactions between Users and potential candidates.
Discretion of Submissions
Users have full discretion over the information they include in a job listing. The YS Chamber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or edit postings that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate, but is not obligated to do so.
Ownership and Representation
Job listings remain the property of the submitting User. The YS Chamber provides the platform to facilitate listings but does not manage, control, or represent any listing outside of its organization. Posting a job does not create an employment relationship, agency, or representation between the YS Chamber and the User or any third party.
No Endorsement
Use of the Job Posting feature does not imply endorsement of any listing, company, or candidate by the YS Chamber. Users are responsible for evaluating potential candidates and making their own hiring decisions.
Changes to Terms
The YS Chamber reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Job Posting feature constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
