From Technology to Caregiving: Jordan Gray’s Story Behind Heartline Living

In recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, Jordan Gray, owner of Honeycomb Digital, sits down with YS Chamber President & CEO Phillip O’Rourke to introduce Heartline Living, a new caregiving app designed to make coordinating care easier, more organized, and less stressful for families.

With nearly 25 years of experience building enterprise collaboration technology for organizations such as Lenovo, Harley-Davidson, Oakley, Barnes & Noble, and Liberty Mutual, Jordan brings a unique perspective to the challenges of family caregiving. An occupational therapist as well as a technology professional, his journey into caregiving became deeply personal as he spent nearly five years helping coordinate care for his mother, who has Alzheimer’s.

What began as a simple care calendar on the wall of his home evolved into Heartline Living, a digital platform that helps families, friends, and trusted caregivers coordinate responsibilities, communicate, and stay informed. The app brings important care-related activities into one dedicated place, using a simple color-coded system to help users distinguish between items that are documented, need discussion, or require urgent attention.
